Inside look at CrossTraining Uno Fitness

Cross Training Opens at Uno!

It’s very exciting for Uno Fitness to finally open it’s CrossTraining section and classes. A full class of students started working out early in the morning to officially get things kicked off.

We have so many new things to share with you. This blog will be used for gym updates on classes and schedules, as well as information on Cross Training and other programs. You will see to the left a section for different categories that you can jump to.
