Beyond Basic Yoga - In this class,
you will continue to master the basic poses, but add more challenges
for those who desire. Modifications will be offered for those who do
not want more of a challenge.

Salsa Sweat Shop with Sweet -
Meet “Sweet” in our new low
and high cardio impact class. Sweet will make you sweat as he shows
you how to move to a Latin beat through choreographed salsa and meringue
moves.
Belly Dancing with Susanna Petrosova -
Learn a whole new way to exercise with
our new Belly Dancing class. Susanna will show you an exotic and fun
way to spend your Friday nights! Something new and different to the
area, we are excited to be adding this to our schedule and hope you
will give it a try. The dress attire is a tank top and a long skirt
wrapped at the hips (like a beach skirt) and socks (no shoes) or however
you feel comfortable.
Pump Xpress with Cindy Cox -
Join certified fitness instructor Cindy,
for our express 45-minute fat-burning, muscle-building workout. This
fun class starts with a body pumping warm-up and stretch, and then moves
into aerobics. Light weights are added to enhance the level of fat-burning.
Various tools like chairs, balls, and bands may be used which are provided
at the club. Cindy will show you various fitness levels to help you
work at your own pace. Don’t forget, you will still need to bring
your water bottle and mat for this class!
Yoga Tai Chi with Tom Vennero -
Gain great strength, maximum definition
and great health through yoga, tai chi, and dynamic exercises. Tom uses
all styles of Yoga and Tai Chi in this class designed for men and women
alike. Great for beginner, intermediate, and advanced individuals looking
for a different kind of class involving all aspects of power yoga.
