The key to wellness is education and it is our privilege to guide you. Since 2004, Uno Fitness has been located on the 2nd floor of the Ice Box Complex in Scranton, Pennsylvania. After several expansions, we now offer over 22,000 square feet of exercise equipment including free weights, machines and a full cardio theater area. We also have group fitness classes such as Cross Training, Shred-it, Silver Sneakers™, Kickboxing, Pat Barnes’ Pump, Boot Camps, Spinergy, and group cycling classes. Other amenities include a full locker/shower area for men and women, Kids Watch and HydroMassage™. Uno Fitness is also the home of BodyBlueprint personal training, Mission yoga classes, and Inside Out 80/20 nutritional consulting allowing us to help you best reach your wellness goals.
